Please note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we ensure customer satisfaction through product replacements in the following situations:
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, we will replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement, please:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and video of the damaged product and its packaging.
2. Exchange Requests
If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal value:
- Return the product to our office for inspection.
- Once approved, we will ship the replacement or your chosen item of the same value.
Important Information
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- We reserve the right to deny replacements or exchanges if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
