Please note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we ensure customer satisfaction through product replacements in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, we will replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement, please:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and video of the damaged product and its packaging.

2. Exchange Requests

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal value:

  • Return the product to our office for inspection.
  • Once approved, we will ship the replacement or your chosen item of the same value.

Important Information

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
